Nurture Basic Package

The Nurture Basic package is your done-for-you foundation for building meaningful client relationships through well-crafted and consistent email marketing. We start by setting up your email platform (if needed), then design a professionally branded master template to ensure every message reflects your identity.
Together, we’ll define your mission statement and tagline, the core message your audience needs to hear. Each month, you’ll receive two high-quality emails written, designed, and scheduled for you: one business insight email offering strategic advice or thought leadership, and one value-based content email designed to educate, engage, or inspire your audience. That’s 24 emails a year, delivered with consistency and intention.
We’ll also create and schedule four celebration emails throughout the year, such as Christmas, New Year, or client appreciation and two dedicated invitations for key events you may be hosting. Contact lists can be messy, so we’ll take care of collating and uploading your data from spreadsheets to ensure your distribution is accurate and compliant.
To keep your marketing on track, you’ll receive a personalised annual marketing schedule, alongside a relationship call schedule so you can stay in sync. And to help convert new traffic into subscribers, we’ll include one custom lead capture form ready to plug into your website or landing page.

Nurture Multi-Channel includes everything from the Nurture Basic package with all your email content, campaigns, and schedules fully managed but adds a second high-impact layer: SMS and enhanced lead generation.
Each month, we’ll craft and schedule a branded value-based SMS message that complements your email content and adds another touchpoint to keep you top-of-mind. These concise, mobile-first messages are ideal for updates, reminders, or timely calls to action especially powerful when paired with your email schedule.
To accelerate your list growth and funnel performance, this package also includes two professionally written and designed lead capture forms. These can be used for newsletter opt-ins, special offers, downloadable guides, or event registrations helping you grow your audience strategically.
And because performance matters, we’ll provide clear, monthly reporting so you can see how your email and SMS campaigns are performing, including open rates, click-throughs, and engagement trends. We’ll also use this data in our strategy calls to ensure your messaging is evolving with your audience.
