Our SMS program, “nurture8020 Updates,” may deliver appointment confirmations, reminders, service updates, or promotional offers with your consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved after 30 days, disputes may go to binding arbitration in our primary operating region, unless otherwise required by law. We may use AI, automation, or workflow tools to enhance service quality and efficiency. These tools assist but do not independently make legal or high-impact decisions. If such tools are used in ways that materially affect you, we’ll notify you and provide an opt-out where required by law.

To join our SMS program (“nurture8020 Updates”), you must give express written consent. Consent is not a condition for using our main services. To opt out, reply “STOP” to any message. To rejoin, reply “START.” Message frequency varies, and standard message/data rates may apply.
